At Nordea Bank, service stability of core banking services was a challenge. Digital banking was on the rise and the bank decided to go on a heavy digital transformation journey. Movero assisted in several larger projects to increase service stability, take control on IT and establish digital banking services. The success of the efforts were in the great attention to detail on the change management and training effort around ways of working and WHY what we did was important. Tight deadlines due to pending penalties and multi million Euro contract fees made these transformation projects a real challenge. But, it was made possible.
