Fenix outdoor – e-commerce transformation

Movero was asked to lead the change to a new e-commerce platform for Fenix Outdoor. This in order to prepare for the next phase in e-commerce growth and positioning of the strong brands Fenix Outdoor has. The program went across all brands (Fjällräven, Primus and Hanwag) and retail (Sweden + Finland), utilising 1 platform with all products to push into different channels. This included a new brand design in collaboration with Oakwood, a new product information management system, new customer experience and lots of new development to get everything up and running again.

Retail was launched in Q1 2018 and all brands followed swiftly after during H1 2018. Working for such strong brands with so many relaxed and fun people with outdoor passion has been something to never forget. A journey that is never easy but is alway possible if one wants, is determined and focuses on making it happen. Thanks Fenix Outdoor for sharing you culture, your passion and your journey with us. Who’s Roy?

Roy has built new businesses from the ground up and led large digital transformational journeys into great results even when it seemed impossible. He envisions results very clearly and inspires other to deliver their best to achieve what is needed.   

Roy has a commercial mindset and sharp focus on what creates value and has no problem to cut where necessary. He can do lots with very little and make businesess go to scale. Roy always wants to have fun, is a bit impatient but relaxed and hungry for results.
