A real industry giant now on it’s own feet aiming to survive in a fast changing car industry. Change is needed while their global model is still generating revenue. Via en E-commerce assessment at Orio, Movero has investigated how the business model can benefit from different e-commerce channels and orientations. Related to this, the current IT landscape and business and IT organisation was included in the assessment to secure an actionable roadmap. Orio had to decide on their business model and realign IT capabilities and investments.
